Plot Outline: Its July, and Delphine has nowhere to go for the summer. She feels very bored and "empty", but this wont last; one day she accidently meets someone who seems to be totally made for her...
Plot: Delphines traveling companion cancels two weeks before her holiday, so Delphine, a Parisian secretary, is at loose ends. She doesnt want to travel by herself, but has no boyfriend and seems unable to meet new people. A friend takes her to Cherbourg; after a few days there, the weepy and self-pitying Delphine goes back to Paris. She tries the Alps, but returns the same day. Next, its the beach: once there, she chats with an outgoing Swede, a party girl, and a friendship seems to bud; then, suddenly, Delphine bolts, heading back to Paris. As she waits at the Biarritz train station, a young man catches her eye; perhaps a sunset and the suns green ray await.

Trivia: There are 3 entries in the trivia list - like these:

    • Director John Cardos replaced Tobe Hooper during production.
    • The television station is KFVI. The last part "FVI" refers to this films production company, Film Ventures International. When Shelley is by the movie theater at the beginning of the film, we can see three movie posters, Chi sei? (1974) (better known as Beyond the Door), Grizzly (1976) and _Power, The (1980)_. These films were produced by Film Ventures International.
    • "The Dark" was originally a zombie movie. After poor screenings, the studio tried to repackage it as science fiction by removing much of the zombie footage, freeze framing the monster during attacks, and adding laser beams emanating from its eyes.
