Watch any of his movies, and you see the same character. It’s sad. He’s even Neo in the Lake House – he has ZERO DEPTH. He doesn’t CHOOSE roles – he’s CHOSEN for roles only because the directors want a monotone, one-dimensional character for the part and he’s the only one that comes to mind. LMAO.

yea i thought the movie was good and the ending was surpising, i thought it was more than just guys shooting the shit out of each other( it waskinda lol) but it had a good story as well in my opinion
well i disagree. his characters aren’t picked and choose because of his mellow attitude. he gets his roles simply because he has fans that he has built up since his bill and ted movies. he is well known and a half decent actor. what i am trying to say is, this movie could have been much better if the leading role did not got to keano reeves. give the role to someone more entertaining. besides that i really liked the movie

nobody realizes, that the roles he chooses, thats the way he is suppose to be acting.Mellow and laid back. Hell Matrix for example, he knew he was a badass and the one, so why act all cocky about it, NO he was mellow laid back, knowing he could kill people with the blink of an eye, and why brag? thats the way he is suppose to come off. In Street Kings, he is suppose to be mellow, but at the same time a hardass, and we see both…so before you going bashing him, realize the role…

Paul Walker never could act, Keanu did give a good performance as an abusive husband in The Gift (2000) with Cate Blanchett but yeah he always seems to tense up, he’s an okay actor. I do like Speed & The Matrix despite his wooden performance in those films;How is this a TD knockoff when it’s directed by that writer of Training Day,Dark Blue,S.W.A.T,Fast & Furious(2001) & Harsh Times? They’re basically the same movie:Corrupt cops,dark underworld,corrupt police captains,Hispanic/Black gangstas,etc
